ALLAN/GRAY ASSOCIATES is seeking experienced retained search consultants for its Philadelphia and Los Angeles Offices. Reporting to the President, a Senior Consultant is responsible for the full range of executive search activities including new client development and search execution. S/he is responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue and margin objectives and will manage subordinate staff on a permanent or project basis as needed. Overall, a Senior Consultant will have a leading role in the growth and development of ALLAN/GRAY ASSOCIATES.

The position requires 10 or more years overall business experience with a minimum of three years performing the full range of executive search activities including new client development. This experience could have been gained as a consultant with a large retained executive search firm, as a member of an established, high quality “boutique” firm or as a sole practitioner. Moreover, the ideal candidate should have significant corporate management experience in marketing, sales or general management. S/he should have an established “book of business”. Overall, candidates must be accomplished executive search professionals with experience that demonstrates consistent performance.
