ALLAN/GRAY ASSOCIATES ADDS LEW BILLET AS A PRINCIPAL IN ITS PHILADELPHIA OFFICE

ALLAN/GRAY ASSOCIATES, a premier retained executive search firm with offices in Philadelphia, Charlotte and Los Angeles announced today that Lew Billet has joined the firm as a Principal in their Philadelphia Office. Billet will build a generalist practice with a focus on the Professional Services and Consumer Products Industries.

A graduate of Villanova, Billet joins ALLAN/GRAY ASSOCIATES from ADP where most recently he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for their International Division. In that capacity Billet was responsible for the human resources function of a global business unit with operations in Europe, Australia, China, Brazil, Canada and Mexico. From 1997 to 2005, Billet was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for ADP Employer Services, their largest Division. Prior to joining ADP, Billet held senior human resources management positions with “tier one” companies including PepsiCo, Inc.
